Salt or Pepper, Pepper or Salt?
When asked, most people would say they prefer salt over pepper. But I say pepper is better. It doesn't give you all that added sodium that is probably already in your flavorless food. Along with being healthier for you, it gives your food flavor, just like salt. You could put it on anything! Steak, vegetables, potatoes, chicken, seasonings. Sounds good, right? Right. The only bad thing is that it might take a generous amount for you to actually taste it. But who cares; it's still good. It brings life to breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Salt is so overrated, but pepper is where it's at.
